Prayers that I use frequently (just for protection) and OSRS gold is completely wiped out prayer until it is 0 within a minuite or 2. I have my prayers flashed to protect (on just b4 opp atks to be removed shortly after) With two prayer pots, it could last well past the amount of time required for me to have full inv. The downside is, because of lag, even it fails from time to moment, and I get hit. If I don't have a good def, a few seconds of lag could mean the loss of half my savings lol. So if i do switch on my pray continuously in the evening, it'll end by the time i've gotten four kills. (blue drags) And with pros you could have some extra minutes, and i won't be able to continue potting pray cuz its expensive too... But ty anyways.

I would strongly recommend The Fremminik Quests. They're fun to play and provide you with a Neitiznot Helmet, which is probably one of the best helmets you can find in game. Also, since you've got one million dollars, I'd suggest playing Barbarian Assault, so that you can obtain your hands on the Fighter Torso. It's free but it does give great Strength bonuses , and is pretty decent looking.

If you're looking for a weapon, I'd definitely go for a whip and/or a Dragon Scimitar. Monkey Madness is needed for the Dragon Scimmy and it does take time but is definitely worth it to improve your to build strength. Whip however is great for attacking and defence.

Dragon Defender is good (once you FINALLY get it). For a good set of gloves I suggest RFD to purchase Dragon/Barrows gloves. In fact, Mithril gloves are really good. For them to be obtained, you'll need to make a recipe for Disaster, and I certainly recommend doing that to buy RS gold the maximum extent you can...
